Delivering at Scale:Salesforce

Intro:

Salty Dingo has partnered with Salesforce since 2019, supporting a range of major events across Australia.

Most recently, this included capturing and documenting the Agentforce World Tour Sydney — a large-scale production requiring precision, coordination, and real-time delivery.

This is where experience matters.

The Brief

Salesforce required comprehensive photography coverage that extended beyond the main event — capturing the full story from setup through to execution and live audience engagement.

The content needed to:

  • Reflect the scale and professionalism of the event

  • Capture both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes activity

  • Be delivered in real time for immediate use

  • Align with Salesforce’s global visual standards and systems

Planning & Collaboration

The lead-up to the Salesforce World Tour involved several months of detailed planning.

Salty Dingo worked closely with Salesforce and Opus Agency to ensure alignment across:

  • Visual style and brand expectations

  • Coverage priorities across multiple spaces

  • File handling, naming conventions, and delivery systems

This groundwork is what allows everything to run smoothly on the day.

Our Role On-Site

Salty Dingo deployed a team of seven photographers at the International Convention Centre Sydney, covering all aspects of the event.

This included:

  • Pre-event coverage of operational setup and behind-the-scenes activity

  • Full event coverage across keynote, activation spaces, and audience engagement

  • Dedicated handling of VIP and key stakeholder moments

The objective was simple — capture everything that matters, without missing a moment.

Real-Time Delivery

On the day of the event, photography wasn’t just captured — it was delivered.

Our team operated a live workflow:

  • Photographers uploaded images into a central system throughout the day

  • Files were organised into structured folders in real time

  • Content was made immediately accessible to Salesforce teams

This enabled Salesforce executive teams to post live across LinkedIn and social channels, sharing the event as it unfolded.

A complete and fully organised library of images was then delivered the following day.

What We Delivered

  • End-to-end event coverage, including pre-event setup

  • A coordinated team of seven photographers operating as one unit

  • Real-time image delivery for immediate social and internal use

  • A structured, ready-to-use image library delivered post-event

Every image aligned with Salesforce’s global standards — consistent, considered, and usable.

Why It Matters

For an organisation like Salesforce, content plays a critical role in how the brand is experienced — both in the room and beyond it.

It needs to:

  • Represent the brand at a global level

  • Support internal and external communication

  • Enable real-time engagement

  • Maintain consistency across every touchpoint

That requires more than coverage. It requires control.

The Result

A complete, consistent, and immediately usable body of work — delivered in real time and built for ongoing use.

For Salty Dingo, it reflects a long-term partnership built on trust, precision, and the ability to deliver at scale.

Salty Dingo — built for scale, trusted in the moments that matter.
